Full villa automation on KNX is typically a six-figure AED investment, while apartments or single systems such as lighting or curtains cost considerably less. HABiVELO gives a fixed proposal after a site visit.

KNX is an open, international standard for home and building control (ISO/IEC 14543), supported by hundreds of manufacturers. Because it is open and wired, a KNX system is reliable, expandable and not locked to a single brand. That is why HABiVELO uses it as the backbone for most villas.

Yes. Wall keypads and essential scenes run locally inside the home. Remote access and adaptive features need a connection, but lights, curtains and climate keep working without one.

Core control is local. Adaptive features are opt-in, use only the information needed for the task you enable, and your household's preferences are kept separate from other homes. You can withdraw permissions at any time.

Yes. For finished villas and apartments HABiVELO uses a mix of wired and wireless solutions that respect existing finishes, and can integrate many existing devices where they support reliable two-way control.

HABiVELO is platform-independent and works with KNX, DALI, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant and Sonos, among others, selecting what suits each project.

Yes. Systems can be controlled by keypad, app or supported voice assistants. The wall keypad always remains available.

HABiVELO works across the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
